Welcome to Salt + Soul Creative. By visiting salt-soul-creative.com, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

WEBSITE USE

This website is provided for informational and commercial purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its security, functionality or availability.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make a purchase or enter into an agreement with Salt + Soul Creative.

SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY

Descriptions, timelines, pricing and availability may change as the business and offers evolve. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability or establish a client relationship.

Custom projects and design services require a separate proposal, signed agreement and payment. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.

PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through the payment provider connected to Squarespace.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges when completing a purchase or reserving a service.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Because downloadable digital products cannot be returned, digital-product purchases are final once access or files have been delivered, except where otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and missed appointments for design services are governed by the policy displayed at purchase and the terms contained in the applicable client agreement.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Purchasing a Salt + Soul Creative website theme, template, guide or other digital product grants you a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable license for your own business use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each theme or template license may be used for one business and one website.

You may customize the product for your own business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the original files
• Claim the original design as your own
• Use one purchase for multiple businesses or websites
• Package the product within another product for sale
• Copy or reproduce the design for another person or client

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Salt + Soul Creative’s original intellectual property.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website, copy, graphics, photographs, website themes, templates, logos and other original materials are owned by Salt + Soul Creative or used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Ownership and usage rights for custom client work are defined in the applicable signed agreement.

CONTENT YOU PROVIDE

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any copy, photographs, logos, fonts or other materials you provide for a project.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership of your content.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Salt + Soul Creative may design for or connect products and services with platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, Showit, Shopify, Canva or third-party payment providers.

These companies operate independently and have their own pricing, terms and policies. Salt + Soul Creative is not responsible for platform outages, subscription changes, discontinued features or actions taken by third-party providers.

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Thoughtful design can support your business, but Salt + Soul Creative cannot guarantee specific financial results, search rankings, sales, audience growth or customer inquiries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt + Soul Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from your use of this website, a digital product or a third-party platform.

For a paid product or service, any liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service connected to the claim.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may include links to third-party websites. Salt + Soul Creative does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated as the website, services or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
