THE STORY BEHIND THE STUDIO

A creative second chapter with plenty of heart.

Salt + Soul began with a love for beautiful design, small businesses and the kind of places that make you feel something the moment you walk through the door.

After more than two decades in a completely different career, I found myself craving a creative path that felt more like me. So, alongside my day job, I began building the kind of studio I had always dreamed about—one rooted in warmth, personality and a deep love for the coast.

I know what it feels like to build something meaningful while balancing real life. That’s why my approach is personal, supportive and refreshingly uncomplicated. You don’t need to understand every design term or have everything figured out—you simply need a vision you care about. I’ll help you bring the rest together.

Good music, dry humor and just enough sarcasm to keep life interesting.

FOREVER CHASING BABY WAVES

After three knee surgeries, a knee replacement and more than 15 years off the board, I’m finding my way back—because the ocean never stopped calling.

DOG MOM LIFE

Usually accompanied by my two energetic dogs—a Border Collie–hound mix and an Ibizan Hound—both of whom have very strong opinions about how my time should be spent.
